I’m so glad you’re here! Quick summary about me. My name is Kim! I come from a hispanic family that I would say never really pirotize our health. I had both of my parents working and being low income there wasn’t much importance about healthy food, more like if there’s any type of food then that should do it. My parents would be ok buying us(I have 2 other siblings) microwavable food like pizza rolls, pizza bagels, basically anything that can be put in a microwave ready to eat in less than 2 minutes. My hispanic parents were very generous in giving a lot of fast food in our younger years. Good parents inconently giving us food they thought \. It wasn’t until recently I discovered that fast food doesn’t;t just get you fat, but It can cause even worse health causes.
